Pick up at 9.30am by private shuttle & taken to Dewars Distillery. Tour & whisky tasting. The 22 year old barrel whiskey was a treat for those aficionados (Hydro is going off) between us.
Next stop Pitlochry for lunch at Victoria’s. Served by Dipak whose knowledge of world cup cricket was unparalleled.
After lunch to Robertson’s for a gin & whiskey tasting. The sparkling Donna entertained us.
Back to the Hotel. It is a smashing afternoon so we set up on the grass, drinking & listening to music. A bit like Woodstock for oldies.
The staff brought out tables & chairs for dinner. Another great round of lamb rack.
